Cream Fillings Hints And Tips

01 Feb

Creme fillingCreme fillings for your chocolates are once again available. We have these in 10 flavors. Pre made and packaged in a disposable decorating bag for quick usage and minimal clean up.

Tips:

  • To use, simply snip off the tip of the bag.
  • Snip a larger hole for faster flow, smaller hole for more comntrol.
  • Store leftover filling by folding over the tip and closing with a paper clip.
  • For short term storage - refrigerate  opened bags.
  • For long term storage – place in your freezer.
  • Allow to return to room temperature before using again.
  • Warming slightly before use makes these flow easier.
  • If contents separate, simply knead the bag to get them mixed again.
  • To get every last drop of value, when you can’t squeeze any more out – lay the bag on a flat surface and use a rolling pin or round jar to  press the contents  towards the tip (you’ll be surprised how much adheres to the bag).

Customer Login

05 Dec

If you had an account at onestopcandle.com prior to september 1, 2010 your customer login and password should work here. The databases were migrated to chocomolds.com on that date so if your customer account is newer than that you will need to set up a new account at chocomolds. Note that the order history and other information was not able to be migrated.

A new feature has been added that allows the login screen to look up your login name from your email address as well. This only works if you enter the email address in your account records.
